The 2024 Toyota Crown XLE grabs up to 184 horsepower from a 2.5-liter engine. Taking gasoline through the D-4S Dual Injection system, the I-4 engine cranks out 163 pound-feet of torque. This base trim harnesses additional energy from an 88-kW motor, which drives the front wheels. Rated at 44 kW, a rear motor provides supplemental power. Both motors are connected to a 230.4-V battery pack, which contains Ni-MH. If you want an all-electric drive in the base model, turn on the EV Mode. This powerful battery is integrated into the Platinum’s Hybrid MAX powertrain. Delivering up to 340 net hp, the upgraded hybrid engine comes with several exclusive driving modes. You could enjoy more dynamic handling through the Sport S Mode. If you want even faster acceleration, turn on the Sport S+ Mode. You could even personalize the drive through the Custom Mode. The Platinum edition has a 61-kW front motor and a 58.6-kW rear motor. Both Crown models run on an all-wheel drive system with phenomenal all-surface traction. You’ll find the electronically controlled Continuously Variable Transmission on the base trim. Producing six gear speeds, the Direct Shift automatic transmission is standard on the Platinum trim. Additionally, this high-end model has the Adaptive Variable Suspension for better cornering.

You’ll get a 12.3-inch infotainment system on the 2024 Toyorta Crown XLE. This premium multimedia console includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. You’ll receive a three-month trial to SiriusXM Platinum on the base trim. Such awesome entertainment could be enjoyed on a six-speaker sound system. The JBL audio system is standard on the Platinum model and consists of five additional speakers. Both hybrid cars have 12-month trials of the Drive Connect and Remote Connect plans. These efficient Toyota vehicles also come with a one-month subscription to Wi-Fi Connect. You could utilize the unique Digital Key technology to unlock the Platinum’s doors. The base version has the conventional Smart Key, which opens all doors and the trunk.

The entry-level model has 19-inch, multi-spoke wheels. BI-LED projector headlamps are standard on the XLE version. Delivering even more powerful illumination, Quad-LED headlamps are installed on the Platinum model. Featuring a power sunshade, a fixed panoramic sunroof is installed on this luxurious edition. Both sedans are equipped with heated side mirrors, which include puddle lights.
