The Service Tech Charles was very helpful in getting my car fixed promptly and correctly. There was an oil leak from a previous service. PB Toyota found the problem fast and fixed it allowing me to continue along with my road trip.

Leaving this shout out to Lawson Feagle in the service department! We didn’t realize the service center closed at 6, got there a little after 6. The manager reached him, he was in his car about to head home. He was gracious enough to come back in and take care of us! We’ve had 3 service check ups since purchasing our RAV4 last July. Lawson is always friendly, professional and a genuine great representative of the company!

My experience with the service department at the Peter Boulware Toyota has been completely unacceptable. I have brought my 2015 Toyota Camry in multiple times for the SAME issue, and instead of fixing the problem, I keep leaving with expensive bills and no real resolution. Every visit results in a different diagnosis and more money out of my pocket, yet the original problem continues. This pattern is not only frustrating—it raises serious concerns about the honesty and competence of the service being provided. Customers should not have to keep paying for repeated visits without getting their vehicle properly repaired. I am beyond disappointed and feel completely taken advantage of. I am demanding a full and thorough inspection, a clear and accurate diagnosis, and a permanent fix—NOT another temporary solution with another charge attached. At this point, I expect management to step in immediately and make this right. If not, I will be forced to escalate this matter further. No customer, especially someone on a fixed income, should have to go through this.

Just bought a 2025 Rav4. It was an experience. Ryan Stillings did an amazing job.

9 phone calls over three weeks. Voice mails not returned. Get cut off after 2 minutes. Get transferred to voice mails without any idea whose voice mail it belongs too. Two times I have asked for a repair only to find out it didn’t fix the problem. Or they forgot to do all requested work. Last Friday (after 6 phone calls to talk to someone) I wantsed my entertainment screen reset or fixed. They sent video saying it was fixed. Only to drive away with the exact same problem still occurring Called three times before I got service department after a voicemail from 3 hours earlier wasn’t returned. First time (2 weeks ago attempting to get a service appointment) I left one voicemail which was not returned and after 4 days I had to try again the next week. Took two more calls to get an appointment and I still have the same unfixed problem. I am now considering looking for a new vehicle. Now I have a second appointment to do the same service but have to wait until Thursday. So two more days. So every service appointment I have had takes two trips and wasted hours The first problem also was never fixed in the two appointments so I can’t use that part of the car. (Charger in console doesn’t work even after it was replaced. I am so frustrated. And don’t trust the dealership to answer their phones and am wary of the service department’s ability to fix my car.
