Just bought a 2024 Prius from this dealership which was my wife's dream car. We had a really good and fun experience overall. We went in knowing exactly which Prius we wanted. We had Nitrell as our sales consultant and he was very helpful, respectful, but most of all down to earth and honest. Since I'm in very good standing with my bank, I went in with a pre-approved loan with a low interest rate, and intended on using that. The first manager that Nitrell brought, Ryan, my wife and I picked up clues that he's the type to take advantage of less experienced customers, making it clear to me and my wife that he didn't intend on letting us use our bank's loan, and didn't want to give us a finance interest rate close to our bank's. When Ryan left, I told Nitrell upfront that should this deal fall through, it would be because of Ryan refusing to give us an interest rate we deserve. Nitrell listened and brought his personal manager, Jay. My wife and I were ready to walk away but Jay surprised us and impressed us by giving us an even lower interest rate than my bank! Thanks to Nitrell and Jay, from thereon, the purchasing process went very smooth and quick. Nitrell and Jay gave us the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've been through it a few times. Definitely recommend Nitrell and Jay!

Tyler Wright was my sales consultant and he was amazing! Was super transparent and listened to my needs and didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford (which was very important to me). He helped me get the perfect car for me (Corolla Hybrid LE) and was extremely knowledgeable about all the features. My mom has a new Corolla and I thought I knew everything about it, but Tyler told me so many other cool things about my car! Ryan Stillings assisted me with the auto loan and was also transparent and kind.I made the mistake of thinking I could walk into get a car at 4:30pm on a Monday and leave before they closed...totally not how that works (oops). Tyler and Ryan both stayed with me until 9pm!! I came back the next day to learn about the tech (delivery) and Benjamin Massey helped me get connected with my phone and showed me everything I can use the tech for. Y'ALL ARE AWESOME!!!

Catalina was super sweet and helpful! We had a smaller budget but she was still able to help us find something we loved. They never made us feel rushed even though we ended up being there way after they closed on a Sunday. The finance manager was super helpful as well!
