Waiting for a part for a month. Never heard anything from the dealership so we decided to go in today and see. Part is in, who knows for how long. Would have went with a lower rating but they were able to get us in today to fix, however, even with an appointment here we are two hours later still waiting.
Service here is peak Toyota service. Always a good experience, decent waiting area. Would have loved them if they did the pickup and dropoff the car that's they did, but now it's a one or two hour deal

Service department is not too bad. Buying a new is a different story (at least as of beginning of 2024) and would not buy here again because they add “benefits” to the car price and you can’t negotiate them.
I got my 2024 RAV4 serviced at Peter Boulware Toyota yesterday. Told my service representative about my concerns and he had me take a test drive with the technician. I haven’t driven my new car but 1500 miles so some of my concerns were simply unfamiliarity with the vehicle. The Tech was so nice and professional, he thoroughly explained all the new technology on my vehicle explaining all of my concerns. I am giving four stars because of Jim Bell and Mike Floyd our service guy. They have went out of their way to make things happen for us that weren't supposed to happen. I hope Toyota knows and understands that because of these two employees I choose to do business with Toyota.
I bought my car here through Jim and he was such a sweet and helpful person! After the deal was signed, they showed me all the different functions that each button had and it was very helpful to get that extra information, where I could ask questions instead of watch a YouTube video for each feature haha. Great sales people and the people in finances definitely help you crunch those numbers. Junnis really made this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The only thing I wish was done a bit quicker and with better communication was the final paperwork at the end. It did take me almost 3 whole hours to finally get done with it all, and I got asked several times for the same information/documents. So just a bit better communication on that end. But other than that they were absolutely amazing.
I had a great experience with everyone today when I picked up my new car. They all took the time necessary to be sure I had everything I needed and all my questions answered.

The dealership has ghosted me and refuses to return my emails, calls, and attempts to speak with managers. This week, I discovered that the car in question was taken to a local ford dealer in January with transmission issues. Catalina was super sweet and helpful! We had a smaller budget but she was still able to help us find something we loved. They never made us feel rushed even though we ended up being there way after they closed on a Sunday. The finance manager was super helpful as well!
